Returns

At Hamasaki Studio, each piece is carefully selected and thoughtfully prepared for you. We are pleased to offer reliable delivery and a considered return process designed to protect the integrity of every item we curate.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery and $15 shipping fee will be deducted from refund amount.

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
• Have all original tags attached and intact
  
• Be returned in original packaging where possible

Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Process

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, log in to your account and select the item you'd like to return. Please note in your request whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, as exchange requests will have return shipping waived upon processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If you'd like to exchange the same item in a different size or color, please submit an exchange request within 14 days of delivery through your customer account. All exchanges ship complimentary and return shipping is waived. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your exchange and ship the replacement item at no additional shipping cost. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

Final Sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Marked final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items noted as non-returnable at time of purchase

Condition & Care

Each piece we curate is selected with intention. We kindly ask that items be tried on with care. Returns that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Refused Deliveries & Failed Attempts

If a shipment is refused or delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, original outbound shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Hamasaki Studio reserves the right to:

• Require signature confirmation for certain shipments
  
• Decline future orders from accounts associated with excessive returns or disputed transactions
  

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to provide carrier confirmation, signature records, IP verification, and related documentation to the issuing financial institution.
