Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that as a small, independently operated studio, there may be occasional periods where order processing is delayed. Any known delays will be communicated on our website. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following delivery options:

• Complimentary Standard Shipping — Free
  Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days. 
• Express Shipping — $30
  Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days. Complimentary on orders of $500 or more.
  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are for domestic orders within the United States. 

For security purposes, signature confirmation may be required on orders over $500. Hamasaki Studio reserves the right to adjust shipping methods to ensure secure delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Return shipping for refund requests is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund at a flat rate of $15. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange requests are shipped complimentary. Return shipping is waived for all exchanges; once your return is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your account and submit a request within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

We are unable to redirect or modify orders once they have entered the fulfillment process.

International Shipping

At this time, Hamasaki Studio ships within the United States only. We are not currently accepting international orders.
